Male Narrator Mod - CIV5

Hello~! ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ This mod replaces the default narrator with a male voice styled after the late William Morgan Sheppard; the narrator for CIV5. The voice model was made and trained with the power of AI. Over 7000 lines of dialogue has been edited.

1. Make life easy. Use BG3 Mon Manager.
2. Load Order. Give the patch the highest priority. Else it shouldn't really matter where you put the main mod.
