Disable R3 Camera Snap

RPCS3 patch to disable the R3 camera snap that happens when no target is available. Only for the BLES00932 version of the game.

How to install:
Find your patch directory

Windows:
<RPCS3 folder>\patches\
Linux:
~/.config/rpcs3/patches/
MacOS:
~/Library/Application Support/rpcs3/patches/

If you do not have an imported_patch.yml file already, place the downloaded imported_patch.yml there. Otherwise, merge it.
Enable it by right clicking the game in RPCS3 and toggling the patch on.
