Changes the NCR into Soviets.
Includes optional standalone Soviet armors found in Goodsprings - between the cart and utility pole near the general store.
Install by extracting into Data directory.
Uninstall by removing the NCRU.esp from your Data directory. Then go to Meshes/Texture folders and remove both CCCPUniform folders.
