True Will of the People Cape

I acquired this mod a while back from DEG mods, and I thought to myself, "not enough people are enjoying this cape". So here it is in all of its golden $20 glory!
Here's how to install the mod:
1. Buy Helldivers 2 with the Super Citizen package on Steam.
2. Download either the Helldivers mod manager, or the Arsenal mod manager.
3. Drag the zip file into the mod manager application.
4. Deploy the mod into the game by clicking "deploy".
5. Make Super Earth Great Again!
