White Demoman

This skin changes the color of the Demoman's skin to white plus changes a few other features.

--- V2.1 --- I've released an update to the files which will now allow your to change the Demoman's hair/facial hair's style and colour!, be sure to read the instructions before installing.
--- V2.11 --- Fixed orange texture issues with the Demoman's cap. In Progress: Matching HUD/Icons. [I'm not sure if the pictures are broken, or if they are just not loading, if someone could tell me that would be great]
